
Thank you so much for your interest in welcoming one of our bunnies into your home! Our desire is to place each of our rabbits in a responsible, loving family where they will be safe, happy, and well cared for.
General Sales Terms
By placing a deposit on one of our bunnies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this document. Our rabbits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve any bunny. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless we, as the seller, are unable to fulfill the sale. The remaining balance is due at or before pickup or transport. If a buyer cancels, backs out, or fails to follow through on the purchase, the deposit will be forfeited. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any time if we feel it is in the best interest of the rabbit.
If something happens to your bunny while in our care you will be given the option to pick another available bunny at the same value, wait for a bunny from a future litter, or be refunded the full amount of your deposit.
Waitlist Policy
Customers who join our waitlist will have first choice of available bunnies in the order they joined. A $100 deposit is required to hold your spot on the list, and this deposit will apply toward the purchase price of your chosen bunny when it becomes available. Being on the waitlist ensures priority access but does not guarantee a specific bunny until a selection is made.
Health Guarantee
We guarantee that to the best of our knowledge, our bunnies are always healthy and well-tempered when they leave our farm. We do not knowingly sell any sick or aggressive bunnies. We are not responsible for the bunny’s health or temperament after they leave the farm nor will we assume responsibility for any vet costs or offer refunds after they leave our care.
Health Guarantee Limitations
Our health guarantee does not cover issues that arise due to improper care, including but not limited to incorrect diet, failure to properly transition feed, unsafe housing, injury, neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures, or exposure to other animals or illnesses after the rabbit leaves our care. Because rabbits are sensitive animals and their environment plays a major role in their health, we cannot guarantee lifespan, immune response, adult size, temperament, or overall development.
Buyer Responsibility
By purchasing a rabbit from us, the buyer agrees to provide proper housing, nutrition, and care, and understands that rabbits are a long-term commitment requiring time, attention, and responsibility. We genuinely care about where our rabbits go and strive to place them in safe, prepared, and loving homes. We are always happy to answer questions and offer guidance even after your bunny has gone home.
Pick-Up
Our bunnies grow in our care until 8 weeks of age at which time they can be picked up or transported. Their pick-up date will be provided at the time of deposit and we will communicate with you 1 week prior to this date for scheduling. Before reserving a bunny, please make sure you have available transportation to get your bunny on its provided pick-up date.
If you’re unable to pick your bunny up on the pick-up date provided you will have a 2-day window to contact us and pick-up your bunny. If we have not received communication and arrangement for your pick-up, your bunny will go back up for adoption and no refund will be offered. If a bunny is not picked up by the date arranged, a $10 per day boarding fee will be incurred.
If using transport, you are responsible for making all transportation arrangements. We are not liable for anything after the bunny has been placed on transport.
Responsibility After Sale
Once the bunny leaves our possession, full responsibility transfers to the buyer. We are not liable for any illness, injury, or death that occurs after the rabbit leaves our care. All sales are considered final unless a situation falls within the terms of the stated health guarantee. By completing the purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the rabbit and accept it in its current condition.
Rehoming
We love all our bunnies and want to ensure they go to the best homes possible. If for any reason a buyer is no longer able to care for their rabbit, we encourage them to contact us. While we cannot guarantee that we can take the rabbit back, we are often willing to help guide or assist in finding a suitable new home.
